My name is Corey Jones.  I started doing autoglass while in college working towards a degree in accounting.  After 3 years of  college, I decided that I really enjoyed fixing windshields and decided to quit persuing a career in accounting and focus on autoglass.  I worked for Northshore autoglass in Everett for 9 years.  For most of that time, I was not only installing windshields but I was managing the company.  I knew that I could start my own company but I was married with 4 children and all the unknowns of being self employed and not receiving a steady pay check kept me from making that jump for many years.  I finally decided in 2002 that I had waited long enough and I started up Emerald City Autoglass.  When I fist started up the company, me and my wife would tele-market from a desk in our garage.  That was not fun and my wife would absolutely dread everytime we had to sit down and make those calls.  Durring the day I would try to pick up accounts and leave cards, flyers and talk to anyone that would listen to me.  After about a year, we were able to stop cold calling and the word about my business was starting to spread.  I have been the only installer for my company since I started but about 3 years ago I was starting to get busy enough to get another van going.  Then the economy hit the glass business as well as everyone else.  Many glass companies went out of business and you dont see all the free dinner ads or the coupons in the mail anymore.  I have been able to survive due to all my great loyal customers and the reputation I have received for the best prices and never having any problems with my work. 

I get very few call backs for problems with my work but if there are any problems, I will be right back out to fix them.  Also, I am very fair with my prices.  It doesn't matter to me if you have a 50 thousand dollar vehicle or a 500 dollar vehicle, my labor rate is always the same.  The only variable on each qoute is the cost to me of that part.  I am also very flexible on scheduling your appointment and I am always on time.  Give me a chance to help you with any of your broken glass and I promise you will be completely satisfied with my service and my price.
